Meet the Team

Anabela Perozek

Partner | Business + Marketing Strategy

Prior to joining Sproutward, Anabela was the Chief Marketing Officer at ShoeBuy, a footwear and apparel e-commerce retailer. Before that, Anabela spent many years at Staples in a variety of roles in Strategy, Operations, and Marketing. In Anabela’s last role at Staples, she was the VP of Marketing for the $2B Staples.com business unit and had global responsibility for digital marketing.

Anabela has a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. She lives in a Boston suburb with her husband, three children and messy labradoodle.

Kevin Biondi

Partner | Digital Marketing

Prior to founding Sproutward, Kevin was the VP of Digital Marketing at Staples, where he led the digital media and analytics team for all digital channels. Before Staples, Kevin held various interactive and product marketing positions at Citibank and J.P. MorganChase.

He holds an undergraduate degree from Providence College and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College. Kevin lives in Northborough with his wife and three small children who take up all his free time.

Scott Zakrajsek

Partner | Analytics + Optimization

Prior to joining Sproutward, Scott lead digital analytics and optimization teams for multiple brands including adidas, Reebok, and Staples. In Scott’s most recent role at Shoes.com (acquired by Walmart), he was the VP of Operations and Optimization responsible for digital analytics and optimization, SEO, and site operations.

Scott has a BS from The Ohio State University.  He lives in a Columbus with his wife and young two young sons, Miles and Parker.

Dan Doyle

VP | Technology

A STEM maven, Dan possess decades of experience as a software, analytics and marketing engineer. Dan’s began his illustrious career as an enterprise Java developer in various Fortune 100 companies until he focused his engineering acumen towards eCommerce analytics and marketing. In his recent past, Dan was Director of Analytics Engineering at Staples responsible for data science engineering and all global marketing and analytics tagging. Dan’s bailiwick is constructing analytics organizations from “soup to nuts” and creating mind-blowing innovations.

Dan earned a BA in Physics from Monmouth College and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado. He resides in Denver, Colorado where his spouse and 2 kids (but not him) perform the obligatory Coloradan ritual of ascending the Rocky Mountains for snow sports.

Josh Campbell

Client Director

Prior to joining Sproutward, Josh held different positions leading digital marketing efforts for both B2B and B2C brands.

Josh is a proud graduate of Framingham State University and lives in Leicester with his wife, 2 children, and Baby Peeks (dog). In his free time you can find Josh chasing his 2 kids around soccer fields.

Michael Stoico

Client Director

Michael has spent over 15 years honing his digital marketing skillset with a strong background in CRM, multi-channel digital media, digital strategy and operations. After spending six years at Monster.com and working for a few fast-paced start-ups, Michael turned his attention to the agency side of digital media where he helps brands – big and small – scale their marketing efforts to drive awareness, conversion and overall digital success. 

Michael lives Southwest, MA with his wife and two young children where he annoys them with his oddball musical choices and insistence on singing along to them.

Running your business through our digital marketing immersion, we’ll create an execution plan which maximizes all the opportunities we see for growth and specific KPIs. We are channel agnostic and focus on delivering as many quick and early wins as possible, while setting up specific, long-term, scalable digital marketing goals.

Pressure Test

As good as we are, not all things we suggest will be correct or a fit for your business at this time. During this phase, we review our findings collaboratively with your team to ensure a thoughtful test and learn approach is used. Through this test and learn phase, we will find clear winners and losers. If we don’t fail along the way, we are not trying hard enough!

Full Rollout

Once we have found clear winners, we will continue to scale and push them as far as we can. All along the way we will continue to always test and learn. We always look for what’s next, but don’t lose site of what’s in front of us.
