Location: Dublin, OH (preferred) or Southborough, MA
In this role you will have the opportunity to grow an existing 7-figure analytics consulting practice. We are looking for a senior analytics leader to head our analytics practice you will work with clients & agency partners to:
- Build and optimize a highly functional team of analysts and technical
- Creating focused analytical product offerings
- Developing SOP’s to streamline project delivery
- Developing content (articles, white papers, videos) to be used for client lead generation and industry leadership
- Manage client projects which often include:
- Implementing data collection and marketing automation tools
- Create reporting including dashboards and visualization
- Develop and execute a measurement strategy
- Data validation and accuracy
Requirements for Manager/Head of Analytics include:
- 6+ years in digital or marketing analytics role, preferably in an analytics agency or well-known eCommerce brand
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Excellent organizational skills, including management of high-performing teams
- Technologically inclined, including learning new tools quickly and training others
- Excellent written and communication skills as well as the ability to read a room and tailor your message and style for the audience
- Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), Amplitude, Mixpanel or similar tools
- Experience with Tag Management tools including Tealium, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Segment
- Experience with building dashboards and integrating data in BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
- Expert Excel / Google Sheets Experience
- Experience with cloud data platforms and data analysis tools (SQL/R/Python)
