Aimee Marchand

Aimee has 18 years of experience leading successful Marketing teams that are analytically driven and results oriented. 

Aimee started her career by spending 10 years at Staples in various roles including Director of Digital Marketing and Director of Global Digital Marketing, where she was responsible for all Digital Marketing channels across several business units including,, and Staples Canada. 

Aimee also spent 6 years at which was acquired by Walmart in 2017. During her time there, Aimee served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing leading all Digital Marketing, CRM, and Marketplace efforts for the company, managing a $45M marketing budget, and helping to accelerate company revenue as part of the Walmart e-commerce growth initiative.

Currently, Aimee leads Marketing and Client Operations at Sproutward, managing a team of 10, a portfolio of medium and large clients, and leading projects within the Marketing Strategy line of the business. She received her BS in Marketing and Communications from Clemson University.
