Prior to joining Sproutward, Delaney worked with many other Sproutward team members at Shoes.com for 4 years. In her time there, she held various roles on the Paid Media team and ultimately owned performance responsibility for the Affiliate Channel.
Delaney earned her BS in Business Administration from Babson College, where she also played lacrosse. She enjoyed her time there so much that she is currently back at Babson working towards her MBA. She lives in Boston, where she spends time with her family and friends.
