Jordan is part of the CRM team at Sproutward and works with clients on executing and optimizing email marketing campaigns, analyzing email campaign performance, and performing email marketing channel audits.
Prior to joining Sproutward in July 2022, Jordan graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a double major in Journalism and Computer Science. In college, she completed several internships in digital marketing and social media management in the nonprofit, tech, and hospitality/travel sectors. At UNC, Jordan was also involved in the national, gender-inclusive service fraternity, Alpha Phi Omega, as well as the Recreational Women’s Lacrosse team.
Originally from Atlanta, GA, Jordan currently lives in Cambridge and loves reading books, listening to podcasts, playing pickleball, and visiting her two goldendoodles back home.
